Registration opens on April 25th for all players.
Once registration is finalized, all players will be placed on a team that is consistent with league age requirements. If enough players register in any age group or across age groups to form more than one team, evaluations may be conducted to assess team placement. If there are not enough players registered for any age group, registration may remain open.
Registration is $200 per player with a $20 per sibling discount. $150 of the registration fees go towards the cost of the jerseys, equipment maintenance, and referee fees. The remaining $50 pays for program fees, league fees, and insurance. No payments are due at this time. We will update registered players based on the latest COVID-19 information.
Upon registration, each player will receive:
- A game jersey to keep
- Rental of helmet and shoulder pads for the season
- Custom Hereford Football t-shirt for every player
Every player must provide their own:
- practice jersey
- practice pants w/integrated pads OR black or white practice pants, girdle, and knee/hip/thigh pads
- Tethered mouthpiece
- Cleats (no metal spikes)
- Protective cup
Equipment pick up will be held at Hereford Middle School before the beginning of each season. Each child will be fitted for their helmet and shoulder pads. A $100 deposit check is required for each child. (no check = no gear). This check will be held and given back to you when your child's equipment is returned at the end of the season.
Each child will also be required to show a copy of a State issued ID or a Passport for age verification.
No refunds are given except at the discretion of the Commissioner.
